Trial experience across ten areas of medicine
Number of trials in each area.
Eight areas of medicine, one standard of care
Our teams specialize by discipline, but every trial runs on the same protocols for safety, consent, and data quality.

One facility, every discipline working together
Every trial passes through the same building, the same lab, and the same data team, so nothing gets lost between departments.
Late phase unit
Purpose-built for Phase II–IV visits, with exam rooms sized for larger enrollment.
On-site pharmacy
Study drug is stored in a secure, double-locked room with restricted access.
On-site laboratory
A CLIA-certified lab processes samples in-house, cutting turnaround time on results.
Data management
Our team works across major EDC systems, so sponsors get clean data on their platform.
Four phases, one continuous chain of evidence
Every therapy we test moves through the same sequence. Each phase answers a narrower question than the last.
- I
Safety
Small groups, closely monitored. We establish safe dosage ranges and identify side effects.
- II
Efficacy
Larger groups test whether the treatment works as intended, and refine dosing further.
- III
Confirmation
Randomized, controlled studies compare the treatment against current standards of care.
- IV
Surveillance
Monitoring after approval tracks long-term effects across the full patient population.
